6. My Second Try At A "Compounded" (Tortured) Plywood Main Hull


...using expensive 3mm Okoume plywood. Sad to say, like the

1st attempt with cheapo ply, it also didn't turn out so well...



Once again, it all started out with the best of intentions...














































This is SO much more work than plain old "flat panel" construction...

A lot of work , and once again a complete failure,,,

It may look OK here, but believe me, it was impossible to keep it straight. It just wanted to go all wonky.

Well, it will be a long time before I try another tortured ply hull.
